Seffner, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-A very expensive motor home stolen from Lazy Days R.V. here has been recovered in Broward County. The man wanted for stealing the Winnebago has also been arrested.
Hillsborough County deputies say the Winnebago was spotted at an R.V. park in Oakland Park. Fifty one year-old Robert Schneider was arrested near the park for stealing the vehicle.
Investigators says Schneider wrote a worthless check for over $246,000 to buy the vehicle. It was after Schneider drove off that the dealership realized the check was no good.
Both Schneider and the Winnebago will be returned to Hillsborough County.
