Hurricane Florence's hurricane force winds are as little as 20 miles off the Carolina coast.
The National Hurricane Center says Florence is centered 100 miles ESE off Wilimington, NC, and hurricane winds extend 80 miles out from the center. Top winds are down, slightly, to 100 miles per hour.

A Tropical Storm Warning has been issued from south of South Santee River to Edisto Beach, South Carolina.
From Cape Fear to Cape Lookout, NC, storm surge could reach 7-11 feet.
Meantime, Isaac is barely a tropical storm with 40 mile per hour winds... all tropical storm warnings have been discontinued. It's expected to deteriorate in a tropical depression over the next few days.
Tropical Storms Helene and Joyce remain well out in the Atlantic and are no threat to any land.
