Bradenton, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Manatee County deputies say a person of interest in a suspicious death here has been arrested In Dalton, Georgia.
Investigators say 46 year-old Nelson Navarro was picked up on a Manatee County warrant for grand theft auto and remains in jail in Georgia.
Deputies say they want to question Navarro about the death of his girlfriend, Maria Isabel De Jesus, earlier this month. The woman was found with severe injuries at the Centre Court Apartments on 52nd Place, West. She died later at the hospital.
