Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)-A search is underway for a man believed to be targeting the homeless in Hillsborough County.
Deputies say the man has been seen around the University of South Florida, but they didn't release details on what he's suspected of doing. They do say he's committing criminal acts, but he is not believed to be homeless himself.
He's described as a 6'3" black man with a muscular build, between the age of 35 to 40 years old. He weighs 225-250 lbs, with a bumpy scar underneath his left eye. He apparently rides a white bicycle that has a flashing red light on the back.
