DADE CITY, Fla. (970 WFLA)-- Police say the father of three missing children has been arrested in Hamilton County near the Georgia border.
They say 29 year old Christopher Christy was found with his girlfriend and their three sons, two six year olds and a one year old, at a motel near I-75. Tips led police to Christy.
Christy had been wanted since he ran from a bail bondsman and intentionally drove at a Dade City officer. Police tried to stop him several times but say they had to break off when Christy drove aggressively and recklessly with his children in the car.
DCF has been called in to assist with the children.
