Seminole, Fla. (970 WFLA)- A man is facing charges for a crash that killed a father and son in Pinellas County.
Deputies last night arrested 60-year-old James Wolf for DUI manslaughter for last month's crash. Wolf is accused of being drunk and speeding when his SUV rear-ended a Lexus stopped at a red light and pushed the Lexus into the intersection. The Lexus was hit by another car, and 59-year-old Edward Delzer and his 86-year-old father, Harvey, died at the scene.
