Manslaughter Charges in Clearwater Stand Your Ground Case

CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA) - The man who deputies say shot and killed  another man in a Clearwater parking lot last month is now facing  charges.

On Monday, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office announced  the State Attorney had finished reviewing the case and decided to  charge Michael Drejka with manslaughter.
