Pinellas County, Fla. (970 WFLA)-Detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a grand theft/fraudulent use of credit card suspects
On Sunday, June, 30, an unidentified male and female suspect, distracted the victim while shopping at the Winn Dixie at 10202 Seminole Blvd.
While the female suspect distracted the victim the male suspect removed the victim’s phone case/wallet from her purse located in the shopping cart. Within hours of the theft the female suspect can be seen on surveillance video using the victims credit/debit cards at the Dollar General, Walgreens and Walmart along Seminole Blvd in Seminole, Largo and Clearwater.
An additional female suspect can be seen on surveillance video at the Wawa located on Missouri Ave using the victims credit/debit card. The additional female suspect arrives to the Wawa in a four door red Toyota and is accompanied by a 3-5 year old African America male child.
The unknown suspects made fraudulent purchases utilizing the victim’s credit/debit cards making miscellaneous purchases in excess of $3000.00.
Suspect 1 is described as a black female 35-45 years of age, with short or pulled back dark hair. At the time of the theft and purchases, suspect 1 is wearing a sleeveless black and white print full length dress.
Suspect 2 is described as a black male 45-55 years of age wearing a short sleeve button down shirt, blue jeans and light colored baseball cap.
Suspect 3 is described as a heavy set white or light skin Hispanic female wearing a gray Mickey Mouse t-shirt and blue shorts. The female arrives in what appears to be a newer model four door Toyota and is accompanied by a 3-5 year old African American male child.
