Batter & Dough is Pasco's newest delicious addition! This new restaurant serves up artisan mini pancakes and liege waffles, topped with almost anything you could want!

I got the chance to over the weekend and I am already ready to go back!
Everything was no new to me, so the menu was a little overwhelming at first.
I definitely had a LOT of questions, but the young lady who waited on me, Boruska was more than happy to answer all of them and help me break down the menu!
After telling me it was one of the best-sellers, I ended up ordering a Nuts-about-tella, which can be found under the 'batter or dough' section of the menu.
I asked Boruska what 'batter or dough' meant and she explained to me that when you order from that side of the menu, you have the choice between the artisan mini pancakes or a fresh liege waffle.
I had previously seen the artisan mini pancakes on Instagram, so I was very eager to try them, so I chose them for my order. (I will be returning to try the liege waffles!)
They have an entire apparatus that they use to make the artisan mini pancakes and watching Boruska and part-owner Javier make them made for a fun little scene as I waited for my food.

All the fruit toppings are fresh fruit! My order came topped with Nutella, strawberries and whipped cream!
This was what it looked like completely finished!
I promise you it tasted just as heavenly as it looks here. Those mini pancakes were incredibly fresh and fluffy.
If you're not into sweets, they have savory options as well! Instead of strawberries & whipped cream, you could get a liege waffle topped with pizza sauce and some mozzarella.
There truly is something at Batter&Dough for everyone!
