Ruskin, Fla. (970 WFLA) A rear-end crash into a tractor trailer killed a woman Friday, the Florida Highway Patrol said. Meghan A. Wiggins, 31, of Ruskin drove southbound on US-41 south of Valroy Road at about 8:25 a.m. when a semi in front of her slowed to make a right turn into 84 Lumber. Troopers say that Wiggins failed to notice the truck slowing, and slammed into the back of it. She died at the scene. The semi driver faces no charges, according to a news release from the FHP.
