Trump Supporters Line Up Early For Tampa Rally

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) - "I want to get right up to the stage. This is my 13th so far," says Trump supporter Brian Godfrey.

Godfrey was up early for today's visit from President Donald Trump. A big supporter of our president, he admits he's worried about the midterm elections.

"Historically Republicans don't do well in the midterms. This time we have to get out and keep that red wave going," says Godfrey.

The second visit to Tampa since he became Commander in Chief, the president has a busy day ahead of him that ends with a Make America Great Again-style campaign rally.

His first stop will be at Tampa Bay Technical High School.

The rally starts at 7 p.m. and doors open to the public at 4 p.m.
