Tampa,Fla.-(970 WFLA)- A former Tampa middle school teacher convicted of sex with two teenage boys is in trouble with the law again.
Stephanie Ragusa is on 15 years probation, but she could go back to prison for taking a picture with her girlfriend's 12 year old daughter.
Under her probation terms, she's not supposed to have contact with anyone under 18 without a judge's permission.
Ragusa told her probation officer about the contact with a 12-year-old girl who's the daughter of Ragusa's girlfriend. The two took a picture together at a Clearwater Beach Hooters.
