Manatee County, Fla.(970 WFLA)-A northbound semi tractor-trailer crashed into the wall of an I-75 bridge Friday morning, causing the trucks cab to hang over the wall of the Trooper Jeff Young Bridge.
It happened just after 7 am, near mile marker 224. The highway patrol closed the northbound lanes for a couple of hours as crews removed the truck and trailer. The driver was not injured.
The highway patrol says their investigation is still underway, and have not yet released the name of the driver. All lanes of I-75 have reopened.
