Gulfport, Fla. (970 WFLA) - A single-vehicle crash killed a man on I-275 Friday afternoon, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
David Charles Binge, 69, drove his 2005 Ford Explorer off the road going southbound on the Interstate shortly after 3:30 p.m. It went into the median and collided with several trees before coming to rest, according to a news release from FHP. Binge died at the scene.
Troopers do not suspect alcohol was a factor in the crash.
