Teenager Driver Shaken After Crashing SUV Into Port Richey House

Port Richey, Fla.(970 WFLA)- A teenager crashed a Ford SUV into a New Port Richey house Monday after failing to stop at the stop sign at Candlewick Lane and Bimini Drive.  The highway  patrol says the novice driver, 17 year old John O'Loughlin of Port Richey, who only had his learner's permit  suffered minor injuries.   The only person inside the home at the time Paul Fellows, was not injured.

O'Loughlin was cited for, reckless driving, failure to stop for the stop sign, not wearing his seat belt and a learner's violation.
