The parents of Seminole Heights murder suspect Howell Donaldson III are no longer on house arrest.
Ralph Fernandez, who represents Howell and Rosita Donaldson, tells the court during an emergency hearing in Tampa that his clients have provided information to prosecutors about their son.
The Donaldsons were placed under house arrest back in February because they refused to cooperate with prosecutors about their son, who is charged with murdering four people in Seminole Heights last fall.
