USF Gets A New V.P. Of Athletics

Tampa, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-The University of South Florida has a new Athletic Director. Actually, Michael Kelly's official title is Vice President of Athletics.

The 47 year-old Kelly is no stranger to U.S.F.  Kelly, currently C.O.O. for the College Football Playoff, once served as an Associate Athletic Director at U.S.F. under Lee Roy Selmon.

Kelly has a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University and a master's degree from Saint Thomas University in Miami Gardens.  Kelly also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Tampa.

Kelly will formally be introduced during a news conference this Friday.
