Update:Boyfriend Of Missing Hernando Park Ranger Located

Brooksville,Fla.(970 WFLA)-A Florida Forest Service Park Ranger is missing, and Hernando County Deputies believe she may be the victim of foul play.

Ranger Mitzi Babb was last seen Tuesday, June 19th,in the Croom Forest where the 43-year-old lives and works.  Deputies say the evidence indicates she did not leave on her own. 

Her boyfriend,Jeffrey Michael Morrison is wanted for questioning, but he has not been labeled a suspect. 

Officers at the White Plains Agricultural Weigh station on Interstate 95, in Hamilton County, took Jeffrey Morrison into custody last night.

Morrison is being held in Hamilton County on arrest warrants out of Georgia for armed residential burglary and attempted arson, offenses that occurred in Peach County, Georgia on Thursday.

Hernando County Sheriff's Detectives are in Hamilton County working closely with law enforcement officials from all jurisdictions regarding this case.

Mitzi Babb is  5'2", approximately 100 pounds. Red hair and green eyes.

Mitzi frequently changes the color of her hair.  Her hair may be blue or purple now, or some variation of those colors.
