Tampa police say the suspect in a deadly hit and run accident this past Sunday has turned himself in to police.
33-year-old Roger Herelle talked to detectives Wednesday about the crash, which took the life of pedestrian Sally Ann McClellan Webb along N. Nebraska Avenue.
Sunday evening, police say Webb was trying to cross Nebraska when she was struck and killed. The driver of that car kept on going.
Police had released a surveillance video of the car they believe was involved in the accident.
