Port Richey, Fla. (970 WFLA)-Attempt to locate missing endangered adult, 29 year old Joseph Emil Rivera. Joseph is deaf. He's 5’6”, weighs 115. He was last seen wearing a black tank top shirt and blue gym shorts.
He was last seen on June 17, at approx. 11:50 am, leaving his residence on Rhinebeck Drive, in Port Richey in a tan Ford F-350 dually with a white hood. The vehicle is not registered to Joseph and possibly has a dealer tag on it (unknown number).
