Bradenton,Fla.(970 WFLA)-A child was injured after being run over by a tractor in Manatee County.
It happened Wednesday in Myakka City, as the boy was sitting on his fathers lap. Christopher Lawson's was driving the tractor, when according to deputies, Lawson was trying to stop the tractor, it lunged forward, and the boy fell off. The tractor ran over his legs.
The boy was taken to the hospital, and deputies say he's expected to survive.
