Sarasota, Fla.(970 WFLA)-Red tide is back in Sarasota County. The National Weather Service has issued a beach hazards statement for high respiratory irritation because of red tide through Thursday evening. If you go to any of the Sarasota County beaches, you could suffer coughing, sneezing and watery eyes. People with asthma, emphysema and other pulmonary conditions may be more sensitive to the conditions.
