Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)-A Greensboro, North Carolina man is missing after apparently going overboard on a cruise ship off the coast of Ft. Myers.
Coast Guard officials say they were notified that 50-year-old Brian Lamonds was missing and went overboard from the Carnival Paradise cruise ship, out of Tampa.
A coast guard helicopter, aircraft and cutter are involved in the search about 85 miles west of Fort Myers.
