3 Arrested for Street Racing in Deadly Tampa Crash

TAMPA (970 WFLA) -- Tampa police have arrested three drivers, all under 21, for the crash that killed a woman and injured her baby as she pushed her stroller across Bayshore Boulevard at Knights Avenue Wednesday around noon.

Police say a Mustang driven by 18 year old Cameron Herrin was racing a gold Nissan driven by 17 year old John Barrineau in the northbound lanes of Bayshore at high speed. The Mustang struck and killed 24 year old Jessica Reisinger of Jeromesville, Ohio near Cleveland, as she was pushing her child in a stroller. Reisinger's daughter, 21 month old Lillia Raubenolt, is hospitalized in serious condition. Herrin and Barrineau are accused of vehicular homicide, street racing, and reckless driving resulting in serious bodily injury. Cameron Herrin was released from the Orient Road Jail after posting  $10,000 bond.

Herrin's passenger and brother, 20 year old Tristan Herrin, is also facing charges of street racing.
