Sarasota, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Police look for the person responsible for an early-morning shooting that left its victim with life-threatening injuries.
It happened at approximately 3:25 a.m. near the intersection of Palmadelia Ave, and Dr. Martin Luther King Way, according to a news release from Sarasota Police.
The release did not indicate the name or age of the victim, only that he went to Sarasota Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police have not determined who fired the shots, and they're still at large, the release said. It asks anyone with helpful information about the shooting to call the Sarasota Police Department at 941-316-1199.
