Winter Haven, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Polk County deputies have arrested 45 year-old Robert Wolfe, Junior, for battery and domestic violence on his wife. Wolfe is an Osceola County firefighter.
Wolfe's wife claims her husband spit in her face multiple times and pushed her against the door during an argument at their home. Deputies say the incident began as a verbal dispute that turned physical.
Investigators say the trouble started when Wolfe wasn't home when his wife returned from work. Wolfe's wife claims her husband shoved her into the bedroom door so hard that it broke off of the frame.
