New Port Richey, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Pasco County deputies have arrested 43 year-old Sean Gallegos of Lutz for inappropriate sexual contact with a 16 year-old girl.
Deputies say Gallegos is a teacher at Ridgewood High School and the girl is a student there. Investigators say the student and Gallegos engaged in sexual activity on more than one occasion last month.
Deputies say Gallegos is facing two counts of sexual battery by a custodial authority.
