Trinity Teen Killed Suspect Hit And Run Driver Found

New Port Richey, Fla. (970 WFLA)- The highway patrol working with the Pasco Sheriff's Office and Tampa Police have found the second person they say was involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a teenager.  It happened yesterday afternoon in Pasco County on S.R. 54 and Duck Slough Blvd. in New Port Richey.  

Troopers say the driver of the Chevy SUV ran a red light and t-boned a car driven by 17-year-old Lillia Morris of Trinity. Morris died at the scene. 

Investigators are trying to determine who was driving the SUV at the time.  The suspect driver, 27 year old Brandon Casey Windom of Tampa was seen leaving the accident scene.  He was found around 7 Tuesday evening and is being detained, another person in the SUV,  54 year old Roy Rimmer of Tampa was also taken into custody.
