Zephyrhills, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-There's been another accident at Skydive City here. A skydiver is hurt after the parachute failed and a hard landing into a pond on the property.
Police say the skydiver was pulled from the pond and sent to the hospital as a trauma alert. No word yet on a condition.
There have been a series of recent accidents at Skydive City. Two men were seriously injured in accidents just last month. A man was killed in a jumping accident at the Pasco County venue in January.
