Suspected Seminole Heights killer's parents back in court

Howell and Rosita Donaldson were back in court, asking a judge if they could attend an out-of-town business trip, meet with their son in jail and take their younger son to and from school.

The judge says they can take their son to school and meet with attorneys, but can't travel to a cosmetology course in Hollywood, Florida.

The Donaldson's are under house arrest after the judge found them in indirect civil contempt of court for refusing to answer questions about their son Howell Donaldson III, who's charged with murdering four people in Tampa's Seminole Heights last fall.
