Bradenton, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Manatee County deputies say a woman found on fire in a wooded area off 18th Street, East, was murdered.
A citizen reported the fire, but the victim was already deceased when deputies and EMS arrived on scene. The woman has been identified as 50 year-old Veronica Polite of Bradenton.
Deputies say an autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death
