Central Florida Teen Threatens to Shoot up School

DAVENPORT FL (970 WFLA) -- A 13 year old boy is facing the very adult charge of felony aggravated stalking, after making a threat against his former school. Polk deputies went to talk to Ceasar Lopez, after he was found passed out drunk on a street in Davenport. They say Lopez told them he wanted to shoot up a school he used to attend in Kissimmee... and kill "a lot" of kids.. including those he said had "snitched" on him".

Polk Sheriff Grady Judd says Lopez's parents are working with law enforcement... Judd says he's deeply concerned about the boy's mental health and his threats.

"He's saying stuff like, 'I want to die and see God... I want to shoot up the Westside K-8 school in Osceola County'... he said he wanted to be the next school shooter," Judd said.

The 13 year old has already been Baker Acted for a previous threat involving a student at his former school. Detectives say Lopez admitted to drinking an entire bottle of liquor and using several pills as a chaser.

Deputies found images of the Parkland shooting suspect and the Columbine massacre on the teen's Playstation. Judd tells us Lopez's parents are cooperating with deputies.
