Arrest made in Hernando County school bomb threats

Hernando County Sheriff Al Nienhuis has announced an arrest in the case of several bomb threats made to Central High School in Brooksville this week.

Nienhuis says the 17-year-old girl, who is a student at Central High, is charged with making six threats to the school throughout the week.  On Thursday, there was a 90-percent absence at the school because of the threats.

Nienhuis says prosecutors are considering charging the student as an adult.
