Tampa Bay Gets Pierre-Paul

Tampa, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have made a deal with the New York Giants for two-time Pro Bowl defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul. The move is a homecoming for the former University of South Florida standout.

In exchange for Pierre-Paul, the Bucs give-up a third round draft pick and switch draft positions with the Giants in the 4th round.  The deal is conditional on Pierre-Paul passing a physical.

Pierre Paul played in all 16 games for the Giants last season, something he had not done since injuring his right hand in a fireworks accident back in 2015. Pierre-Paul led the Giants with 8.5 sacks last season.
