It won't feel like spring on the east and west coasts today as powerful storms hammer millions of Americans. The fourth nor'easter this month is forecast to blast rain, snow, and fierce winds across the Ohio Valley, the mid-Atlantic, and the northeast. Out west, several inches of rain is forecast to soak southern California over the next two days.
