Dade City,Fla. (970 WFLA)-A Pasco County Deputy is out of a job for his alleged actions while off duty.
Joseph Mercado was fired last week after he was arrested for battery on a woman outside her home.
The 25-year-old Mercado is accused of touching himself inappropriately and then touching the woman while in her driveway.
Mercado had been with the sheriff's office for more than three years.
