Tampa International Airport ready for spring break

Bring your patience with you to Tampa International Airport.

It's the start of the spring break season, and the airport's Emily Nipps says there's expected to be a 7-percent increase in passenger traffic this spring break over last year's.   And she believes that's a good omen for the summer travel season.

Tampa International is now operating it's new SkyConnect people mover and car rental center.  And Southwest is expanding at the airport, adding between 13 and 39 daily departures starting March 8th. Because of that, there'll be two more security lines at Airside C starting this week.
