High School Gun Protest and Counterprotest

DeLAND, FL (970 WFLA) -- Teenage protesters calling for gun control at a Florida high school, in the wake of the Parkland shooting, got answered by the other side Friday morning.

Students at DeLand High School chanted "life not guns" and "we want change." Nearby, another group of students shouted "Go Second Amendment." That group had a Trump campaign flag and a Confederate flag deployed.

DeLand students had planned a walkout Friday, but that was canceled after an anonymous threat. DeLand police say the threat was not credible.
