Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)-A man suffocated last night after getting trapped inside a large pipe at a construction site on S.R.60 and S.R.301.
Rescuers immediately ventilated the area the man was stuck in, but it was too late, he had passed away moments before first responders arrived.
The victims name is being withheld until his family members can be notified.
