Clearwater, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Police have arrested 68 year-old Michael Ray Martin for exposing himself to a neighbor in the 2400 block of Canadian Way.
Officers say they were called to Martin's home after a neighbor says the man flashed her as he looked through the window of the woman's home. When officers arrived, they found Martin at his back door exposing himself to a woman. Martin's back door faces a laundromat.
Police say Martin resisted when they tried to arrest him, but they eventually got the cuffs on the senior citizen. Martin is charged with exposure of sexual organs and resisting arrests without violence.
