St. Petersburg, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Police here are looking for a man who tried to kidnap a woman who was jogging in the 2100 block of Coffee Pot Boulevard, N.E.
Officers say a man pulled up next to the 23 year-old and asked for directions. The man then pulled out a pistol and told the woman to get in the car. The jogger was able to run away and call police.
Police are looking for a burnt orange crossover vehicle, possibly a Scion. Investigators say the wanted man is black, with dreadlocks, and was wearing a black t-shirt.
