Clearwater, Fla (970 WFLA)-The man believed to be responsible for nine burglaries is under arrest after police caught him red-shoed.
28 year old Carlton Stewart of Clearwater was charged recently for break-ins that date back to December and a Clearwater Police report details how they were able to track him down.
Police say he was seen on surveillance video wearing bright red shoes and he was seen wearing those same shoes and a stolen watch when officers interviewed him about the break-ins. They also say Stewart left his wallet behind last week at one of the homes he's accused of trying to burglarize.
