Bradenton, Fla. (970 WFLA)- Manatee County Sheriff Detectives have a 35-year-old man in custody who they say tried to convince a 10 year old girl to get in his car.
The girls mother told investigators Rolando Bautista had been driving past the girls house several times, when he stopped and allegedly asked her to get in the car and go to the park with him. The girl ran to her mother who called the sheriff's office.
Witness's held Bautista until deputies arrived, he' s charged with luring or enticing a child for unlawful purposes.
