Lake Wales, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Polk County deputies have arrested 25-year-old Kneisha Smith for one count of DUI. Smith works as a Corrections Officer for the Florida Department of Corrections at the Desoto County Correctional Institute
Smith was observed weaving down Central Avenue, West, in Lake Wales in her car when deputies conducted the traffic stop. Smith completed a series of sobriety tests with the results showing she was under the influence. Smith's breath test results were a .155 (the legal limit is .08).
Kneisha Smith was arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail where she was released after posting a $500 bond.
