Weeki Wachee, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Authorities investigate the death of a cave diver in the Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area Saturday.
The Hernando County Sheriff's Office says that dispatchers received a call about a diver in distress in the Eagle's Nest cave shortly after noon Saturday, according to a news release from HCSO.
Deputies and paramedics arrived to find Davin Brannon, 53, of Dover dead. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
