Port Richey, Fla. (970 WFLA)- A dispute over narcotics Tuesday night between 42 year old Luis Marino Nieuwkerk and several other people, led to Nieuwkerk allegedly firing two rounds from a handgun at the victims inside a house in the 7000 block of Ashwood Drive, Port Richey.
Nieuwkerk took off in a dark-colored sedan. The vehicle was later located abandoned on Yorkshire Court, in Port Richey, and impounded. No injuries were reported.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Nieuwkerk should call 911 immediately. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
