Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)- The popular Air fest at MacDill Air Base is returning in May. The semi-annual air show is set for May 12 and 13 this year. It draws tens of thousands of people to the south Tampa base. The last few air shows have featured the U.S. Air Force's Thunderbird's demonstration team, but this year's event will feature the U.S.Navy's Blue Angels. Admission to the event is free.
