MIAMI (970 WFLA) -- New accusations against an Okeechobee dairy accused of animal abuse.
The Animal Recovery Mission claims it has new undercover video... and can prove that Larson Dairy's owner knew about and took part in abuse of cows.
ARM investigations founder Richard Couto says Jacob Larson's actual office is only feet from the milking parlor, and they could hear the screaming and yelling as workers moved the cows. He claims the man who recorded the undercover video saw Larson in the barn as cows were being beaten with rebar.
Four workers are facing charges connected to previous undercover video... only one has been arrested.
