TAMPA (970 WFLA) -- Tampa firefighters say no people were hurt in a two-alarm fire at the Brookshire Townhomes on Sligh Avenue between Armenia and Rome Avenues Monday afternoon.
Tampa Fire Rescue says several callers told 911 operators they saw heavy smoke and flames coming from the complex. One crew attacked from the north side, another from the south end of the eight-unit building.
All humans accounted for... firefighters did treat a cat with a pet mask.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
