Dover, Fla. (970 WFLA)-A 51 year old man died Thursday riding his bicycle on Sydney Washer Road at Fietzway Road, the victim of a hit and run.
Hillsborough Sheriff Detectives say a mirror found at the scene leads them to believe, Dionicio Rodriguez of Dover was hit by a 1990's Dodge pick-up truck or van.
